Comfortable room, friendly staff, including Evan the bartender, made our stay enjoyable with a bar/lounge area to relax in while waiting for our room, and the hotel's location was conveniently close to major attractions.

had a fantastic stay at the chicago, lakeshore! the rooms were modern, and the views of the lake were absolutely stunning. the fitness center was perfect for starting my day energized. also, derek at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

Additionally, valet parking at $75 felt exorbitant, and the congestion in the surrounding area made navigation challenging.

The view from our room was stunning! Super modern vibe, and I loved the rainfall shower. Staff were super nice, especially the doorman. Only bummer was the parking, $66 is a lot, especially when it should be discounted for hotel guests. The bar was fun, but a bit loud with all the party goers.

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool, I feel right at home. The staff was incredibly helpful during my first stay, even assisting with parking. I’ll definitely be back!
